You’ll remember that I photographed Simone & Christopher’s beautiful wedding at Lavenham Church & Hadleigh Town Hall and also their fun engagement shoot at the Saatchi Gallery in London. Well. I was delighted to receive the gorgeous thank you card from the guys (below) which featured some of their wedding photos as well as a lovley personal ‘thank you’. We really are spoilt in this part of the world for gorgeous wedding venues and ‘The Barn’ in Clopton, Suffolk is no exception.

Tranquil and secluded, it is in fact only 7 miles from central Ipswich, and has excellent road access from both the A12 and A14. It’s not often that a bridal wear shop blows you away, but that was the case this week when I was asked to photograph the interiors of ‘Nell’Amore Bridal Consultancy’, a new boutique business in Halstead, Essex.
The period building has been home to some amazing businesses over the years and really is the jewel in the bustling Halstead high street. Owner Lauren Jeffs has recently opened up the doors on this exquisitely-styled bridal wear house, keeping all the period features and building on it with her own personal touch.
Lauren, who has previously worked for one of the leading bridal shops in Colchester is now looking to put her own stamp on the industry, setting her sights on both the local and national scene. With a warm and welcoming approach, exclusive personal appointments as standard and a mind-blowing customer experience, you really need to take a visit if you are looking for that perfect dress.

Last weekend I had a great time at The Truly Marvellous Wedding Fair at Kenton Hall Estate in Suffolk.
